The quick - solubility is primary performance of quick - dissolving soga - beam milk produced with cold - pressing soya - beam cake. Spraying dried is one of a key link affected quick - solubility in all product process.The mium parameters affected the quick - solubility in spraying dry are discussed. These are spraying pressure Z{sub}1., admit temperature Z{sub}2, exhaust temperature Z{sub}3, concentration Z{sub}4, by means of SDF - 1.0 spraying drying equipmentdeveloped by the Research. Section Agricultural Products processing Machinery of Hebei Agricultrual University, Quick - dissolving soya - beam milk is produced and its quick - solubility is measured. The correlation equation of the quick - solubility ofproduct and the parameters are established by a orthogonal quadratic regression rotary combination test. The effects of the parameters on the quick - solubility of product are developed by the significant and relative anaytsis. Their order is admittemperature Z{sub}2, exhaust temperature Z{sub}3, spraying pressure Z{sub}1, concentration Z{sub}4, The optimal parameters to make the quick - solubility of product maximum are detemimed through the Coordinate Rotated Method. These are spraying pressureZ{sub}1 = 163kg/cm{sup}2, admit temperature Z{sub}2 =170°C, exhaust temperature Z{sub}3 = 70°C, concentration Z{sub}4 = 30 %.These provide theoretical basis for operation and utilization of spraying drying system in producing quick - dissolving soya - beam milk with cold - pressing soya beam coke.
