The importance of customer focus and integrating the customer into new product development is an objective we all embrace. Case Corporation has accomplished this objective by defining a process for incorporating best practices in a systematic way, combining methodology and tools in an organized program planning structure, which continuously involves the customer. This paper shows how the process will deliver a product that delights the customer.
