The application of new progress in the field of wave dynamics of gas or vapour - liquid, gas - liquid - solid particles medium of bubble structure for the purposes of intensification of some technological processes is analyzed. These advances are connected with a peculiarity of shock wave propagation in liquid with gas bubbles and behavior of such medium in a wave. The efficiency of application of shock-wave processing for gas absorption by a liquid, dissolution of firm particles in a solution, disintegration and dispersion of solid particles in a liquid is shown. The coefficient of mass transfer and characteristic times of processing are appreciated.
