摘要

A micromechanics model is developed to estimate the effect of porosity on the effective elastic properties of woven fabric ceramic/ceramic composites fabricated by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) techniques. The model not only provides analytic estimates of the effective elastic moduli of porous woven fabric ceramic composites but also explicitly considers vital microstructural effects, such as the constituent properties and volume fractions, and the shapes of fiber tows and voids.
