NEW FORMS OF ORGANIZATION IN HIGHLY AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

摘要

The goal of new organizational forms is to give the worker more work content, various cognitive demands and complete activities. In highly automated systems the realisation of these prententious demands is a problem. Especially in the steel processing industry a lot of such projects have been done. However, an analyse of these workplaces shows that there is a lack of work content. The paper shows the main facts of an existing form of group work in a train of rolling mills and participative models for its realization.
