HUMAN-PROCESS-COMMUNICATION AND ITS APPLICATION IN PROCESS INDUSTRY

With human-process-communication a new perspective on operating processes is introduced. Current machine-oriented concepts of man-machine-interaction narrow the view: they only deal with the plant equipment that hides the process. Human-process-communication makes this cover transparent to the staff. Operation tasks are hierarchically structured. On each level the staff has to be set in a position to mesh into the process.
