Defects were introduced in a Penrose rhomb tiling in such a manner that the correspond-ing Wieringa roofe take the shape of a helix. The properties of these defects are discussed. The projection methods result in a similar tiling, if the high-dimensional lattice contains the pioposed dislocation.
