WHAT AND HOW TO TRAIN UNDER SIMULATION CONDITIONS

In the market of industry and transport, a high level of automation combined with an equally high level of technical reliability has resulted in making a "rare event" of the practical exertion of a major part of action competencies/skills with regard to the respective operators. Therefore, simulations of working conditions and job demands requiring a high degree of perfection have arisen in various fields. Regarding time and cost-benefit related reasons, the following question should be posed: What shall and can in which way be efficiently trained out of a, for many fields, seemingly never-ending total? From a safety-psychological and didactic view, a whole series of interesting questions/problems and tasks arise which shall be discussed and supplemented by reports about the results of initial approaches.
