Forecasting for the Rotterdam Hydro Meteo Centre in Hoek of Holland

The Rotterdam harbour in The Netherland accomodates some 35.000 sea going vessels every year. Some of them carry general cargo to the harbours in the city centre, most of them however, being too large for the inland harbours and waterways, choose a berth west of Rotterdam in one of the modern deep harbour basins.
