For laser quantum-well heterostructures, an analysis has been performed of stimulated emission frequencies depending on the layer size and composition as well as on the excitation level. For varying widths of the active regions, the conditions of simultaneous lasing at two remote frequencies have been determined. In a GaAs-AlGaAs system with the layer thickness 50 and 100 angstroms, the wavelength shift can reach 170 - 250 angstroms.
