For avoiding false-alarm and diagnosing intermittent fault in power system, based on the relationship analysis between intermittent fault and false-alarm, a dynamic particle swarm improve algorithm is established by means of introducing moving windows and forgetting factor in searching regional, and an intermittent fault diagnosing method of power system is presented by dynamic particle swarm improve algorithm. Finally, this method was demonstrated and validated by a sample. It has shown the proposed method can improve the ability of intermittent fault diagnosing in power system, and provide a support for adapting to complex and dynamic false-alarm and diagnosing intermittent fault in power system.
