Subsampling Property of Chinese Speech

摘要

Subsampling[1] and[2] Oversampling are two aspects of time discretization of speech.However,the subsampling property of Chinese speech was poorly investigated,In this paper,we study the nature of subsampled Chinese speech,and describe the results of objective quality and subjective quality in informal comparative experiments.The relationship between the intelligibility of subsampled Chinese speech and the quantity of squared-error distortion is discovered.
