Varactor-tuned Ka-band gunn osciliator

摘要

The investigation of varactor tuned Ka-band Gunn oscillators in full-height waveguide cavities is described in this paper. The experiment result shows that the frequency tuning range is 3.06 GHz and output power is larger than 30 mW.
