In the paper, we studied the KOH activation method of PAN-based activated carbon fiber (ACF) systematically, tested the adsorption property of ACF by iodine valve and benzene valve and produced ACF with excellent adsorption property. The surface area of PAN-ACF manufactured by better technology was 1689.58(m~2/g), the volume of pore was 0.55ml/g, the average inside diameters was 0.65nm.
