摘要

The jujube with the sugar content of 65.12% to 89.58% is a dry ripe fruit of the Rhamnaceae.Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia,and patients should not eat foods that contain too much carbohydrate and sugar.But some sugars in Zizyphus jujuba are beneficial to diabetics.Besides,jujube is rich in natrition,and a large amount of dietary fiber can help the healeh of diabetic patients.
