In the face of global competition, companies are indirectly forced to prepare various strategies to maintain the competitive advantage of the company. Referring to Good to Great (Jim Collins, 2010), companies need to place the right talent in running their company and have a strategy to create a work environment that can retain these workers. If the company is unable to implement a strategy to maintain the quality of its human resources or to maintain its own resources, it will lead to problems such as performance degradation, job dissatisfaction, burnout and increased turnover trends, which will impact the company's growth negatively. In Indonesia, according to data obtained from Mercer Talent Consulting & Information Solution, the turnover rate of all industries is still high at 8.4% in 2015. Therefore the company needs a sense of employee engagement.
