Very high humidity fabrication of perovskite solar cells

We have demonstrated a method for producing high quality perovskite films under high humidity atmospheric conditions. Using ethyl acetate as an anti-solvent, we were able to fabricate triple cation-containing perovskite solar cells with PCEs around 9%, compared to 14% when fabricated within a nitrogen-filled glovebox.
