摘要

Hole-transport-material free perovskite solar cells had been fabricated by screen printing with one step absorber infiltrate method. The mesoporous TiO_2/Al_2O_3 layer with different thickness combination was fabricated and its effects on the device performance had been studied. The best average efficient at 6.5% was achieved by mesoporous layer with a combination of TiO_2/Al_2O_3 (600 nm/800 nm). And the results in this paper indicated this type PSC can be further improved to a higher performance while the TiO_2 and Al_2O_3 layer further increased with stabilized adhesion by an optimized printing process.
