The phenomena called 'Entrepreneurial' has assumed greater importance in current times. Turningentrepreneurial people has become the mandate before academics. However, review ofentrepreneurship education research so far has no evidence of successful entrepreneurial learningmethods. Given this, authors in the present paper make an attempt to share a reflective practice of aninnovative entrepreneurial learning model called “MahaMandi” being practiced by them at a MBA levelinstitution - National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai.Firstly, the paper entails the need, context, aims, and the ways of dovetailing their entrepreneuriallearning method as part of academic curriculum.Further, the paper tries to cover the stakeholder's responses and the problems they faced inimplementing innovative model.In the second part of the paper, the author discuss their entrepreneurial learning method -MahaMandi, within the existing theoretical frameworks including Gibb (2002) entrepreneurialcompetencies and behaviors.Overall, the paper will be useful addition to the existing stock of entrepreneurial education models andpave way for the development and experimentation of many such innovations across the academicworld.
