Corporate education has acquired great importance these days, the companies found in theiremployees a major asset 4Iluska Wolf Braga, Student of Masters in the de Post-Graduation Programin Administration at Federal University of Rond?nia to stand out in its market, offering courses alignedto the strategic mission of the own organization. Knowing this, this article has done a study of theCorporate Education based on the Meister model, performing a study on the hydroelectric company.To the orientation of the study, there is the following question: Does the process of CorporateUniversity applied in a company of hydroelectric sector of North of Brazil, follow the model ofCorporate University proposed by Meister? Does this tool contribute to promoting results inorganizational learning for the company? In this context, the general objective consists of analyzingthe corporate education based on the Meister model as the default model for the Corporate Universityin a hydroelectric company. As methodology it was used a bibliographical research and contentanalysis, verification of internal company documents in study, describing the corporate education heldby the company, considering the Meister model. After the study done here, it is possible to affirm thatthe Corporate Education is a new concept of preparing people for the best performance of theirprofessional activities. Today's Corporate University Hydroelectric is a reality in continuousimprovement because it is in the process of consolidating a culture of learning, with people motivatedto learn and teach.
