摘要

Having solved most vital problems concerning the need for new approaches to teaching and learning(student-centred, competency-based), researches and educators in Europe and beyond took a moredetailed approach to vocational training and started considering a professional of a new type - madeto order, basing on the employers' requirements. This approach can emasculate the idea ofprofessionals turning them into 'universal soldiers.' To avoid this, the authors offer the concept ofprofessional personality developed to meet employers' needs with the keyword “personality” in mind.
