The armed conflicts constitute one of the big obstacles to the development with which is confrontedthe international community generally, but in particular certain regions of the world considered rightlyas unstable.Beyond the human sufferings which they cause immediately, they are also synonymic of poverty,disparities and economic stagnation. The first victims of the armed conflicts are the children. And byspeaking about children, we see directly the educational systems, which suffer from it so a lot.The armed conflicts raise a great deal of the problems in the fulfillment of the objectives of theEducation for all. The world Report of follow-up 2011 has examined the disastrous consequences ofthe conflicts on the objectives of the Education for all. It defines an agenda to protect the right toeducation during the conflicts, to strengthen the educational services proposed to the children, theteenagers and the adults affected by conflicts, and to reconstruct the educational systems of countriesin situation of comment-conflict. However, these efforts still stay until these days, unsuitable. What isthis staff who would be capable of continuing to work when there are big upheavals?It is not easy to be able to learn and even indeed to learn in zone of armed conflict.The movements of populations in wartime and the armed conflict prevent the pupils and the studentsfrom studying suitable. In certain regions as the East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo,Somalia, Sudan and in Gaza in the Middle East, pupils and students are subjected in even difficulties.We know well when a war begins, but we do not know when it is going to end. That's why it is notgood of the whole to begin it.For my part, I would like to speak more exactly about the situation of the children about pupils andabout young students at the East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.The East of the Democratic Republic of the Congo is one of more unstable of all the globe. There areat any time upheavals which make that the studies are interrupted. Most of the time, when there aremovements of tension, people move to go to find a little more peace.So, the formations are incomplete and not at all substantial. There are young children pupils andstudents who start again every year.The ideal would be to use the education to promote the peace. Yet, what we notice, it is that in thesevarious zones shaken by armed conflicts, the education is not adapted. An education adapted to thesituation is thus needed.
