Simlified Criterium for Transient Stability Assessment

The paper examines the validity of a simple criterion for verifying the transient stability of synchronous generators connected to the network. The criterion is based on the contribution of the network to the short-circuit power and the sum of rated active powers of all generating units connected to a given node.
