L shell and L subshells ionization cross sections σ_L and σ_(Li) (i = 1, 2, 3) following electron impact on (N,O, F, Ne, Na, Mg, Al, Si) atoms calculated. By using Lotz' equation for nonrelativistic cases in Matlab σ_L and σ_(Li) cross section values obtained for ten electron impact(E_o) values in the range of E_(Li)
