Peculiar features for the consideration of ecological and economical aspects of the course of underground construction

摘要

The International Commission for the United Nations developed general requirements for the strategy of civilization development considering environmental conditions in the course of human wants satisfaction. It has been established that it is impossible to solve matters related to the provision of the adequate standard of living for people generations without regard to ecological and economical aspects since the potential damage for future generations has been increasing. It is required to consider preservation of environmental conditions along with problems of economics, energy production, demography, etc. Solution of this very important problem becomes even more complicated in the course of construction of underground structures located inside natural environments.
