Research on Condition Monitoring Based on Health Management of Large Amusement Rides

Nowadays, more and more people pay their leisure time on major amusement rides, which afford large entertainment and pleasure for people. At the same time, it also leads some safety troubles. So, how to make it works safety and reliability draws much social attention. Condition monitoring is an efficient way to ensure the major amusement rides operate efficiently, safety and reliably. However, the problem is that the strategy of CM has always been carry out based on the features of technical and objects and the using environment, lacking of a certain guiding strategy. Aiming at this problem, this paper study the condition monitoring based on health management (CMBHM), and gives its technical roadmap. In the end, CMBHM is verified by the CM of ferris wheel, the results show that the new method can detect the failures of equipment as early as possible and ensure it operate safety and reliably.
