Fracture prediction has a very important practical significance in study of metamorphic rocks reservoir. In this paper, the fracture prediction method and the tectonic stress field simulation principle are discussed. In the process of trend surface fitting, the original 3×3 grid surface fitting is improved to 5×5 grid surface fitting. It improves the accuracy of surface fitting. At the same time, in the process of calculating regional stress field, space-varying elastic parameters obtained from pre-stack three-dimensional seismic inversion are introduced, which takes into account the lateral heterogeneity and improves the accuracy of stress field simulation. The practical application in the Bohai A oilfield shows that the high-precision stress field analysis technology has a good application effect in the prediction of metamorphic rock fracture reservoirs.
