Photoabsorption spectrum of the Ce@C_(82) endohedral fullerene

摘要

DOS's for the photoabsorption of the Ce atom encapsulated inside the C_(82) have been calculated using TDDFT method. The results demonstrate the great suppression of the Ce 4f decay. This calculation confirms the experimental result which observed no confinement resonances in the Ce@C_(82) photoionization.
