MANAGING MIGRATION AND CHALLENGES OF ROMANIA FOR ASYLUM APPLICATIONS

Based on experiences supported worldwide by UNHCR, the possible answers in the asylum management are to be found on three directions: voluntary repatriation to the country of origin, transfer to another country and finding appropriate mechanisms of permanent integration in the country of asylum, after the acquisition of refugee status.
