THE APPLICATION OF PROCESS APPROACH IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN TERMS OF SLOVAK REPUBLIC

The process approach, which is one of the fundamental principles of quality management, aims primarily to increase effectiveness and efficiency of organizations in achieving their objectives. The contribution is focused on the application process in terms of business management practice in Slovak Republic. It provides some results of the survey, which is the starting point for research project VEGA No.1/0229/08 Perspectives of quality management development in coherence with requirements of Slovak republic market, the aim of which is to examine the level of application of fundamental principles of quality management in business practice, and suggests the possibility of its further development.
