ASH PNEUMATIC CONVEYING FROM EXISTING SILO NO. 4 TO TWO NEW SILOS AND ASH LOADING IN AUTOCISTERNS

In this paper it's given description of pneumatic transport with pressure conveying vessel. The pneumatic transport involves the transportation powder, granular and piece of material and is based on the phenomenon that at the appropriate speed of air in the pipeline, the solid particles are brought in the desired direction. Selection and efficiency of pneumatic transport depends of physical and chemical characteristics of the fly ash. This paper contributes to improving the ecological conditions of labor thermal power plants and reduce production costs. Pneumatic transport system works automatically. This is enabled by applying certain technical achievements to the equipment used for conducting the technological processes.
