Thank you to the organizers for the invitation to speak. I want to start with a disclosure and a disclaimer. Some of what I am going to talk about today is reflective of things learned over the course of work done in 2012 which was organized by the Canadian Natural Gas Initiative (CNGI). In addition The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers provided me with some of their public opinion research.
