摘要

The high-efficiency lightweight aircraft realization through the use of composite materials is a primary challenge in the aerospace industry. The estimation of the reduction in aircraft weight is settled at about 15 %, producing considerable savings both during the operative phase, for reduction of fuel consumption and CO_2 emissions, and in aircraft maintenance operations for the structural simplifications. From the production point of view, adhesive bonding is considered the optimum assembly solution for CFRP components, but the reliability of adhesive bonds strongly depends on the cleanliness of the adherent surfaces [1].
