Determining the Turnover for Profitability Threshold of Insurance Companies

The paper proposes to elaborate a model to determine the profitability threshold for the turnover of an insurance company, with concrete applications and taking into account the main insurance fields: compulsory auto insurance (RCA), theft and damage auto insurance (CASCO), goods and buildings insurance, and others. Both the deterministic and the probabilistic model were generated. Based on the probabilistic model, the simulation for the input and output variables was realized. The system's reaction to input variables is studied with the help of sensitivity analysis.
