The micro pneumatic deep drawing process which is expected to be extruded at elevated temperature was newly proposed. Before it is used in the micro pneumatic deep drawing process at elevated temperature, the stability of the micro pneumatic deep drawing process was examined by the micro pneumatic deep drawing process at RT in present study. The micro pneumatic deep drawing processes with different parameters were carried out to investigate the influence of deformation conditions on deformation behavior of pure titanium foil. The research results showed that the pressure of medium and punch radius have a strong influence on the deformation behavior and thickness distribution of pure titanium foils. The microcup with sound quality can be obtained by optimizing the deformation conditions.
