Firm resources are the foundation and source of competitive advantage.Competitive advantage is the cornerstone of the survival and development of firm.The process of concept of firm resources is described, the firm resources are divided into tangible resources, intangible resources and organizational capabilities.The characteristics of each kind of resources are analyzed in detail.The value of the resources is determined by customer demand, the scarcity of firm resource and the availability of resource.
