摘要

The microstructure of used Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 bricks in different positions of coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier has been investigated by using SEM and EDS, and the erosion mechanism is discussed. The results showed that, under the operating conditions of coal-water slurry pressurized gasifier, the coal slag infiltrates into Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 bricks mainly through pores and cracks; the main reason of the erosion of Cr_2O_3-Al_2O_3-ZrO_2 bricks is the strength weakening and the structure spalling of the bricks caused by the composition change and the destruction of the initial network mosaic structure resulted from the penetration of slag and the reaction between strongly reducing gases and bricks.
