摘要

In this work, the effect of drug particle transport within a fluid in a clotted microchannel on velocity and pressure profile is studied. The fluid along with drug particles is flowing in a clotted micro channel, which is considered as a simulated blood vessel. The governing nonlinear partial differential equations are solved using COMSOL software based on finite element method. It is observed that the velocity and pressure changes significantly when the drug particles strike within the clotted area present in the microchannel.
