It has been approved by worldwide scholars that HR has played a significant role in improving enterprise technology innovation.But all existing studies are based on a hypothesis that enterprises manage the entire employees in a HRM mode.Actually as the development of the human capital, core and general employees are managed by companies in different ways.Based on a critical analysis of the existing literature and the differences of HRM methods which the enterprises adopted to manage core staff and general staff, HRM modes in the research can be categorized into four styles: control-control, control-commitment, commitment-control, and commitment-commitment.The research focuses on the view of the influence of different HRM modes on technology innovation.153 enterprises are selected as the sample base.ANOVA analyses method is adopted to process data.The test results show that the commitment-commitment mode results in higher technology innovation ability, that the second is the control-commitment mode and that the result of the control-control mode is similar with the commitment-control mode.
