The paper presents theoretical and experimental researches made upon the usage of high quantities of industrial waste fly ash into concrete composition. The program was started taking into account the huge quantities of industrial wastes such as: silica fume, fly ash and so on. Usually, the industrial wastes deposits are placed directly on the fields near big cities in Europe. These deposits developed due to last years on large scales due to burning of energy purposes. The resulting wastes deposits near the cities, directly on the field, represent a negative impact for the health of the peoples in the surroundings areas and on the floras and faunas existing there. Conclusions are made upon the optimum dosage of fly ash and silica fume into tested concretes.
