摘要

We have investigated the thermodynamic quantities of AuCu superlattice using the statistical moment method in the statistical physics. The free energy, thermal lattice expansion coefficients, mean-square atomic displacements, and specific heats at the constant volume and those at the constant pressure, C_v and C_p, are derived in closed analytic forms in terms of the power moments of the atomic displacements. The present analytic formulas including the anharmonic effects of the lattice vibration give the predicted values of these quantities.
