Among the most effective generators of non-equilibrium plasma at atmospheric pressure are systems based on the transversal discharges: transverse arc; rotating gliding arc; secondary discharge supported by plasma of the transverse arc; DC discharges in the gas channel with liquid wall, which are working in quiet and microporous bubbling liquids; pulsed discharge in liquid with focusing of acoustic waves; discharge in the reverse vortex gas flow of tornado type with a "liquid" electrode. Special attention is given to the physical and chemical mechanisms of the influence on the level of non-equilibrium plasma of the dynamic gas-discharge systems.
