Based on the pumping theory of fully penetrating well, on the basis of drawdown is small in phreatic well, the phreatic aquifer parameters according to Theis model by using the particle swarm optimization. Comparison of calculation results of linear graphic method and particle swarm optimization, The calculating results show that the method is with high accuracy and convergence speed is faster, it is feasible to obtain the hydrogeologic parameters, while avoiding obtained traditional hydrogeological parameters such as large look-up table, drawing, it is a feasible method in actual application, which is in solving hydrogeological parameters.
