Dynamic Features Analysis and Prevention of Debris Flow: A Case of Study of Chunyashu Gully

Geological disasters of debris flow are easy to cause serious loss of life and property, so analyzing the formation conditions and dynamic characteristic parameters and putting forward comprehensive control project is of great significance. Taking Chunyashu Gully debris flow as an example, the three basic conditions of topographic, water and source of debris flow were discussed firstly. Then dynamic parameters, such as density, velocity and discharge of debris flow were calculated and the development trend of debris flow was analyzed. Finally, according to the control targets, the comprehensive prevention and control idea of integrated blocking, retaining with draining was put forward, and the prevention and control engineering including check dam, silt-trap dam, unilateral protection embankment and V-type drainage groove were designed. The above design idea of prevention and control engineering for Chunyashu Gully debris flow can give a reference to similar engineering.
