摘要

This paper is presented to assess the Fluid Conditioning technique when applied to enhance process easement during sugar processing. It is a process for conditioning the fluid material under dynamic condition. It is a Non Chemical Device hence unaffected of process parameters. The said technological concept is in the sugar industry since a decade & it is found to be very beneficial on commercial aspects. Its feasibility has already been established in number of factories in particular UP & Gujarat.
