In an era of tight budgets and increasing competition for clients, professionals are using social media to establish their presence (their "brand") and get their information out to a broader audience. This chapter is designed to walk you through some pitfalls so that you don't have to deal with either the eye-rolling of your younger employees or some embarrassing phone calls from a state disciplinary organization.
