Welcome on Board Carnival Liberty! It is with great pleasure that I personally welcome you to the 2016 AMSAT Annual Meeting and Space Symposium @ Sea. This is our 34rd Space Symposium, reflecting a long tradition (started in the early 1980's) to provide an annual forum for amateur satellite enthusiasts to gather and share their ideas. AMSAT is proud of the technical content of the papers presented over the years reflecting the inventiveness of our volunteers and the significant contribution of presenters to "advance the radio art."
