When the control device 10 is started at the prescribed time when the satellite S can be utilized, the device 10 selectively and reciprocally rotates a horizontal rotating motor 4 and a vertical rotating motor 5 by controllers 6 and 7, for the prescribed time at every prescribed time in accordance with the information stored in the memory 9, automatically adjust the direction and elevation angle of the antenna, and turn the antenna in the direction capable of communication always.
