Testing a more fade resistant BPSK demodulator for Fox Linear Transponder spacecraft

At the 2018 Symposium I discussed a Costas Loop implementationthat would avoid false lock and demodulate BPSK in software. Phil Karn, KA9Q,suggested this may not be the best solution for a small spacecraft with deepfades. The fades would break the lock. This paper discusses the design andtesting of a non-coherent Dot Product based demodulator which should be moreresistant to deep nulls and fades.
