Professional Further Training of Farmers as a Function of Agricultural Innovation

摘要

Life-long learning is a very important expectation in every field of life. Not only is it important from a personal point of view, but it is for the society as a whole as well. This study introduces one of the training programmes designed at Kecskemet College, Hungary to provide further education for farmers after Hungary joined the European Union. Furthermore, the study gives insight into a research done among undergraduates at the three different faculties of the college on their careerplanning including life-long learning aspects.
